Update Address

Change your address with us easily via digibank, MyInfo or using our Video Teller Machine (VTM).

digibank Online
View Steps
  • Log in to digibank Online with your User ID and PIN
  • At the top, Under Preferences, click Update Mailing Address.
  • Log in with your 6-Digit iB Secure PIN
  • Under My Residential Address: Indicate the Country and Postal code, and then click Find Address. (Indicate Unit no. if applicable)
  • Under My Mailing Address: Indicate if your mailing address is the same as your residential address.
    If it is not the same, indicate the Country and Postal Code and click Find Address (Indicate Unit no. if applicable)
  • Indicate the Accounts/Services you wish to update your address for.
  • Indicate the Effective Date and click Next.
  • Verify the Details of the Transaction and complete by keying in your iB Secure PIN.
  • Click Submit.

Note: The update of address will take effect immediately with some exceptions:
  • For Credit Cards, updates will take 1 working day
  • For Margin Trading Account(s), updates will take 4 working days
  • All updates after 8pm on a working day (Monday to Saturday) and updates on a non-working day will be taken as the following working day's transaction
    • For Credit Cards updates during the above stated time, it will take 2 working days
    • For MTA accounts updates during the above stated time, it will take 5 working days

digibank Mobile
  • Log in to digibank Mobile with your User ID and PIN.
  • Select Settings from the menu followed by Update Mailing Address.
  • Take note of the Important Notes and click Next.

    • Residential Address Update
      1. Click Change for your Residential Address.
      2. Select your Country and indicate your Postal Code.
      3. Click Find Address, indicate your Unit No. and click Done.
      4. Click Next, verify the details and click Submit.
      5. Follow the 2-Factor Authentication Instructions and click Submit to complete the Residential Address Update.

    • Mailing Address Update (Under Mailing Address)
      1. Indicate if your mailing address is the same as your residential address.
        Or
        Select your Country and indicate your Postal Code.
      2. Click Find Address and indicate your Unit No.
      3. Indicate the Account/Services applicable and Effective Date of update.
      4. Click Next, verify the details and click Submit.
      5. Follow the 2-Factor Authentication Instructions and click Submit to complete the Mailing Address Update.

Note: The update of address will take effect immediately with some exceptions:
  • For Credit Cards, updates will take 1 working day
  • For Margin Trading Account(s), updates will take 4 working days
  • All updates after 2000hrs on a working day (Monday to Saturday) and updates on a non-working day will be taken as the following working day's transaction

MyInfo
If you have already enrolled for MyInfo, you can update your address by following the below steps:

  • Log in with your DBS/POSB Card and PIN.
  • Verify if the existing information in our records is accurate and click Update with MyInfo if changes are required.
  • Log in with your SingPass ID and Password, and authenticate using SMS/Token OTP.
  • Click on I Agree to provide consent for using MyInfo.
  • Select if you would like to use the records in DBS or MyInfo to update your residential address.
  • Select Yes if you would like to use the chosen residential address as the mailing address for all your banking services and accounts.

Note: The update of address will take effect immediately with some exceptions:
  • For Credit Cards, updates will take 1 working day
  • For Margin Trading Account(s), updates will take 4 working days
  • All updates after 2000hrs on a working day (Monday to Saturday) and updates on a non-working day will be taken as the following working day's transaction
    • For Credit Cards updates during the above stated time, it will take 2 working days
    • For MTA accounts updates during the above stated time, it will take 5 working days
Video Teller Machine (VTM)
  • Insert your NRIC, ATM/Debit/Credit Card or scan your Passport and complete the authentication process.
  • Under Update Particulars, select Address.
  • Indicate the Country and Postal code, and then click Find Address. (Indicate Unit no. if applicable)
  • Indicate if your residential is the same as your Mailing Address entered.
  • Get a One Time Password via SMS and key it into the Video Teller Machine (VTM).
  • Press Confirm to complete the transaction.

AXS Station
Important: Updating your Address via the AXS Machine requires you to have an Active DBS or POSB ATM/Debit/Credit Card.

To update your address through AXS, follow these steps:
  • Select DBS Bank Ltd
  • Select Address Update
  • Indicate if your new Address is in Singapore or Overseas
  • If Singapore Address is indicated:
    - Indicate Postal Code and Unit No.
    - Indicate if your Residential address is the same as your mailing address entered
    - Indicate the Type(s) of account to update
    - Click Continue, then Confirm
    - Insert and remove your ATM Card swiftly from the AXS
  • If Overseas Address is indicated:
    - Indicated your New Address and Country
    - Indicate if your Residential address is the same as your mailing address entered
    - Indicate the Type(s) of account to update
    - Click Continue, then Confirm
    - Insert and remove your ATM Card swiftly from the AXS

Note:
  • The update of address will take effect immediately for updates done from 0800 hours to 2000 hours (Mondays to Saturdays)
  • All updates after 2000 hours on a working day (Monday to Saturday) will be taken as the following working day's transaction
  • Transactions received on a Sunday will be updated at 0800 hours on Monday

If you are Overseas or do not have any access to digibank Online or the AXS Machine, you can also complete this eform, print, sign and mail it to us or visit our nearest branch.

Note: For Joint-All Account, authorisation from all parties is required.
