Update Mobile Number

Change your mobile number with us immediately via digibank, MyInfo or using our Video Teller Machine (VTM).

digibank Online
  • Log in to digibank Online with your User ID and PIN
  • At the top, Under Preferences, click Update Personal and Contact Details
  • Log in with your 6-Digit iB Secure PIN
  • Under Mobile Number for iB OTP, indicate if your Mobile Number is Local (Singapore) or Overseas:

    • Local (Singapore)
      1. Input your Mobile Number.
      2. Provide Authorisation and click Next.
      3. Follow the 2-Factor Authentication Instructions and click Submit to complete your Mobile Number Update.

    • Overseas
      1. Indicate your Country Code and Area Code if applicable.
      2. Input your Mobile Number.
      3. Provide Authorisation and click Next.
      4. Follow the 2-Factor Authentication Instructions and click Submit to complete your Mobile Number Update.

Note:
  • The update will take effect immediately with the exception of Debit and Credit Card online purchase transactions that requires One Time Password (OTP). This update will take 2 working days.
  • If you have a DBS Paylah! wallet linked to your mobile number, please Update your DBS Paylah! Mobile Number.

digibank Mobile
  • Log in to digibank Mobile with your User ID and PIN.
  • Select Settings from the menu followed by Update Personal and Contact Details.
  • Click Change for your Contact Details and indicate your preferred Contact Numbers, click Done.
  • Scroll down to the bottom of the page and click Next, verify the details and click Submit.
  • Follow the 2-Factor Authentication Instructions and click Submit to complete your Mobile Number Update.

Note:
  • The update will take effect immediately with the exception of Debit and Credit Card online purchase transactions that requires One Time Password (OTP). This update will take 2 working days.
  • If you have a DBS Paylah! wallet linked to your mobile number, please Update your DBS Paylah! Mobile Number.
MyInfo
If you have already enrolled for MyInfo, you can update your mobile number by following the below steps:

  • Log in with your DBS/POSB Card and PIN.
  • Verify if the existing information in our records is accurate and click Update with MyInfo if changes are required.
  • Log in with your SingPass ID and Password, and authenticate using SMS/Token OTP.
  • Click on I Agree to provide consent for using MyInfo.
  • Select if you would like to use the records in DBS or MyInfo to update your mobile number.

Note:
  • The update will take effect immediately with the exception of Debit and Credit Card online purchase transactions that requires One Time Password (OTP). This update will take 2 working days.
  • If you have a DBS Paylah! wallet linked to your mobile number, please Update your DBS Paylah! Mobile Number.
Video Teller Machine (VTM)
  • Insert your NRIC, ATM/Debit/Credit Card or scan your Passport and complete the authentication process.
  • Under Update Particulars, select Phone.
  • Select either Mobile, Home, Office or Fax number to update.
  • Select the Country and enter the Phone Number.
  • Get a One Time Password via SMS* and key it into the Video Teller Machine (VTM).
  • Press Confirm to complete the transaction.

Note:
  • *Customers who did not receive the One Time Password via SMS or do not have their phone with them, select either Wrong Phone Number or No Phone with me.
  • An Officer will be connected to personally verify the customer through a secured authentication process.
