Check Credit Card Outstanding Balance

Check your Credit Card oustanding balance via digibank Online, digibank Mobile, DBS PayLah! app, SMS Banking or Phone Banking.

digibank Online
  • Log in to digibank Online with your User ID and PIN.
  • Complete the Authentication Process.
  • Your Credit Card outstanding balances will be reflected under Cards.

digibank Mobile
  • Log in to digibank Mobile with your Touch / Face ID or digibank User ID & PIN.
  • Under Home, tap Cards and your Credit Card Outstanding Balance will be displayed.

Alternatively, you can view your balance easily using our Peek Balance feature.

To set up for Peek Balance:
  • Log in to digibank Mobile with your Touch / Face ID or digibank User ID & PIN.
  • Tap More, under App & Security Settings select Peek Balance.
  • Toggle Peek Balance to amend the viewing status and select the Account for Peek Balance.
  • Select the Type of Balance that you wish to see.
  • Tap Save on the top right followed by Ok once prompted.

Simply launch digibank, then Tap and Hold to check your balance.

DBS PayLah! App
  • Log in to DBS PayLah! app
  • Swipe left on the top red carousel banner on the ‘Home’ tab.
  • Click on ‘MY CARDS’ to view your Credit Card outstanding balances.

SMS Banking

SMS the following keyword commands to 77767:

  • Card<space>bill<space>Last 4 digits of Credit Card Number
    E.g. "Card bill 1234"
button Check via SMS Banking Card bill [Last 4 digits of Credit Card Number] 77767
Note:You will need to be registered to SMS Banking to check your Credit Card outstanding balance.

Not registered to SMS Banking?

SMS the following keyword commands to 77767:
  • Register<space>NRIC/Passport number<space>preferred account’s* last 4 digits
    E.g. "Register S1234567A 1234"
Phone Banking
  • Dial 1800 111 1111 (from Singapore) or (+65) 6327 2265 (from Overseas).
  • For a menu in English Press 1, for Mandarin Press 2.
  • Enter your NRIC, Debit or Credit Card Number followed by # to proceed.
  • Follow the steps for SMS OTP to proceed.
  • Select Credit Card Services.
  • Press 2 for Outstanding and Available Balance.
