A transfer with the DBS Remit badge will be processed as a DBS Remit transfer. All other currencies and destinations will be processed under OTT, where cable charges, handling commission fees and agent bank charges may apply.

Important Information

To strengthen your protection against scams, a 12-hour cooling period will be progressively introduced from March 2026 for selected digibank transactions. This applies to transactions such as adding new transfer recipients, updating email addresses, mobile numbers, and increasing daily local or overseas transfer limits. As this is a regulatory measure, the cooling period cannot be reduced. To ensure a smooth banking experience, please plan your transactions and product applications in advance.

We move your money during business days in Singapore. However, things may take a little longer if the location you’re sending to has a national holiday. Do check from time to time.

Occasional delays or unforeseen service disruptions caused by payment processing partners, beneficiary banks, or system maintenance may result in delays or cancellations of your fund transfers.
