Activate Credit Cards

1. Which types of Credit Cards need to be activated?

   All new, replacement or renewal DBS/POSB Credit Cards; principal and supplementary Cards, including DBS Commercial Cards, will require activation.

2. Where do I activate my DBS or POSB Credit Card on iBanking?

   You can activate your Credit Card via iBanking by following the below steps:

   • Step 1: Select “Activate Credit Cards”, which can be found under the “Cards” tab of the top navigation.
   • Step 2: Fill in the necessary details, accept the Terms and Conditions, verify your details before clicking “Submit” to confirm your activation.

3. Can I use my Credit Card immediately after activation?

   Activation via iBanking and ATM will be immediate. For activation request via Mail-in Activation Slip, your Card will be activated within 5 working days upon the Bank's receipt of the slip.

4. Is the service free?

   Yes.
