  1. What does this service do?

    This service allows you to update your personal particulars and contact information, as well as your consent and withdrawal of marketing materials on iBanking.

  2. What particulars can I update?

    You may update the following:

    • Contact Numbers – including Home, Office, Fax and Mobile numbers
    • Email Address
    • Personal Particulars – including Occupation, Job Title and Employer
    • Opt in or Opt out of DBS or POSB Marketing Materials and Information
  3. Where can I find this service?

    You may find this service under the “Preferences” drop down menu, which can be located on the top right hand corner of the iBanking platform.
