How to claim the credits:
1. Download the Timezone Fun App and register for a new member account.
2. Tap on the barcode scanner at the top righthand corner. Select “Enter details manually” and enter the promo code accordingly.
3. Tap on "Redeem Now". Your e-voucher for your credits will now be added under your "My Vouchers" section.
4. Present your e-voucher at any Timezone venues and make the required topup/ reload for your Powercard to receive your credits.
5. Staff will verify that payment is made with DBS/POSB Cards or DBS PayLah! (scan-to-pay via NETs terminal) before processing the crediting of the free credits.

To receive the S$40 game credits, a topup of S$20 to the Timezone Powercard is required. Guests must present the e-voucher from their Timezone Fun App at any Timezone venue to enjoy this offer.

Each user account may redeem up to 3 times, limited to 1 redemption per calendar month.

To receive the bonus S$10 game credits, a minimum reload of S$68 is required. Guests must present the e-voucher from their Timezone Fun App at any Timezone venue to enjoy this offer.
This promotion is valid exclusively for DBS/POSB Cards and DBS PayLah! users.
Payment must be made using a valid DBS/POSB Card or DBS PayLah!, whichever applicable, to enjoy the offer.
To redeem the offer, download Timezone Fun App and create a new account if you do not already have one. Tap the barcode scanner icon on the right of the app and enter the promo code to receive your e-voucher.
Each Timezone Fun App account is entitled to redeem the promo code only once, regardless of the number of cards you own.
To enjoy the offer, present the e-voucher from your Timezone Fun App at any Timezone venues.
New members will receive a Welcome Card upon redemption. Existing members may use your existing card to enjoy the offer.
The e-voucher is valid until 31 December 2025. Strictly no extension allowed.
This offer cannot be used in conjunction with other promotions, coupons or vouchers.
The Timezone Powercard, credits and e-Tickets will expire if unused for a continuous period for 12 months without any top-up/ game transactions.
