Floating Rate Packages

2-Year Lock-in

This package is valid with a minimum loan amount of S$500,000 with 2 years lock-in period.

For new purchase / Refinance of property

2 Year Lock-in

Year 1 to Year 2 FHR6 + 1.05% p.a.
Year 3 and thereafter FHR6 + 1.60% p.a.

This package comes with the following feature(s):
  • Interest rate cap at 1.50% in the 1st two years – Protecting you from future interest rate increase by capping your interest rate to 1.50% p.a., giving you greater peace of mind.
  • Waiver of commitment fee due to sale of property- giving you the flexibility to sell your property without the worry of penalty fees.

2-Year Lock-in

This package comes with a minimum loan amount of S$1,000,000. (Limited Tranche of S$300M)

For new purchase / Refinance of property

2 Year Lock-in

Year 1 to Year 2 FHR6 + 0.95% p.a.
Year 3 and thereafter FHR6 + 1.60% p.a.

This package comes with the following feature(s):
  • Interest rate cap at 1.40% in the 1st two years – Protecting you from future interest rate increase by capping your interest rate to 1.40% p.a., giving you greater peace of mind.
  • Waiver of commitment fee due to sale of property- giving you the flexibility to sell your property without the worry of penalty fees.

No Lock-in

This package is valid with a minimum loan amount of S$100,000 with no lock-in period.

No Lock In

Year 1 to Year 3 FHR6 + 1.60% p.a.
Year 4 and thereafter FHR6 + 1.60% p.a.

Fixed Deposits Home Rate 6 (FHR6) refers to the prevailing 6 months Singapore Dollar fixed deposit interest rate of DBS Bank for amounts within S$1,000 to S$9,999 or such other sum as we may specify. FHR6 is 0.200% p.a. currently.

This package is valid with a minimum loan amount of S$100,000.

  • 1 free conversion after 24 months from the date of 1st disbursement- giving you the option to reprice your home loan at no cost.

5-Year Fixed-Flexi Rate

This package is valid with a minimum loan amount of S$100,000.

For new purchase / Refinance of property

5-Year Fixed

Year 1 to Year 5 1.50% p.a.
Year 6 and thereafter FHR6 + 1.60% p.a.

This package comes with the following feature(s):
  • 1 free conversion after 30 months from the date of 1st disbursement- giving you the option to reprice your home loan at no cost.
  • Waiver of commitment fee due to sale of property- giving you the flexibility to sell your property without the worry of penalty fees.
  • Waiver of prepayment fee(s) – giving you the flexibility to prepay your loan without the worry of penalty fees.

5-Year Fixed Rate (HDB Exclusive)

This package is valid with a minimum loan amount of S$100,000. Only applicable for HDB properties.

5-Year Fixed

Year 1 to Year 5 1.40% p.a.
Year 6 and thereafter FHR6 + 1.60% p.a.

This package comes with the following feature(s):
  • 1 free conversion after 60 months from the date of 1st disbursement- giving you the option to reprice your home loan at no cost.
