Change ATM Card Limit

Update your ATM card's Nets, Withdrawal & 3rd Party Funds Transfer limit immediately at our Video Teller Machine (VTM) or within the next business day via digibank.

digibank Mobile
  • Log in to digibank Mobile with your Touch / Face ID or digibank User ID & PIN.
  • Tap More, under Transfer Settings select ATM/Debit Card Limit.
  • Select ATM Card Limit followed by the card you wish to update the limit for.
  • Indicate the limits you wish to update:
    • Set Nets limit;
    • Set ATM Withdraw limit;
    • Set ATM 3rd party fund transfer limit.
  • Tap Next to verify the details of the transaction and tap Change Daily Limit Now to complete the request.

Note:
  • Your ATM card limits will be changed on the next business day.
  • If you require an immediate ATM card limit update, please visit our Virtual Teller Machine with your NRIC, ATM/Debit/Credit Card or Passport to apply for an instant update. Find the nearest Video Teller Machine (VTM) using our Locator.

  • Log in to digibank Online with your User ID and PIN.
  • Select Cards and click Change ATM Card Limit.
  • Log in with your 6-Digit iB Secure PIN.
  • Select Card Account and indicate the limit you wish to update.

  • Click Next.
  • Verify the Details of the Transaction and follow the 2-Factor Authentication Instructions.
  • Click Submit.

Note:
  • Your ATM card limits will be changed on the next business day.
  • If you require an immediate ATM card limit update, please visit our Virtual Teller Machine with your NRIC, ATM/Debit/Credit Card or Passport to apply for an instant update. Find the nearest Video Teller Machine (VTM) using our Locator.
