Step 1
Log in to digibank mobile with your Touch / Face ID or digibank User ID & PIN.

Tap Pay & Transfer at the bottom and select Overseas.

Tap on Schedule transfer and select the existing transfer that you wish to delete.

Tap on Delete.

Tap Delete now to confirm the deletion request.

Log in to digibank online with your User ID & PIN.

Complete the Authentication Process.

Click Pay & Transfer on the left menu and under Services, click on Overseas transfer.

Click on Scheduled Transfers, and select the existing transfer that you wish to delete.

Your scheduled transfer details will be displayed. Click on Delete

Click on Delete now to confirm the deletion.
