Important information

  • Overseas funds transfer will generally be completed within 2 to 4 working days. DBS Remit will be same day transfers to selected markets within the cut-off times.
  • Funds will only be deducted from your selected bank account on the date of transfer.
  • Recurring overseas funds transfers that fall over the weekend or public holidays of Singapore will only be sent out by DBS on the next business day.

How to set up recurring funds transfer to an overseas account

There are various channels which you may set up recurring funds transfer to an overseas account with us. The most convenient method would be via digibank mobile.

Step 1
Log in to digibank mobile with your Touch / Face ID or digibank User ID & PIN.

Tap Pay & Transfer at the bottom and select Overseas.

Tap on Schedule Transfer, and select Schedule a new transfer.

Select your Source account and the recipient you wish to transfer to.
(If the your intended recipient is not in your recipients list, follow the steps to add overseas funds transfer recipient).

Enter the Amount, Purpose of transfer.

Select the Start date and Frequency of your recurring transfer. Toggle on Set an end date and select the End Date if you’d like the recurring transfer to have an expiry.

Review the details and tap Schedule now to complete the setup.

You have successfully schedule a recurring overseas fund transfer.

Log in to digibank online with your User ID & PIN.

Complete the Authentication Process.

Click Pay & Transfer on the left menu and under Services, click on Overseas transfer.

Click on Scheduled Transfers, and select Schedule a transfer.

Select your Account to transfer from, the recipient, enter the Amount and select the Purpose of transfer.
(If your intended recipient is not in your recipients list, follow the steps to add overseas funds transfer recipient).

Under Schedule details, select the Start date and Frequency of your recurring transfer. Under Set an end date, toggle switch on and select the End Date if you’d like the recurring transfer to have an expiry. Click Next.

Verify your details and click Schedule now.
