Refund EZ-Link/NETS Flashpay Value

Get a refund or transfer of value for your EZ-Link/NETS FlashPay cards at any TransitLink Ticket Office if you have lost or damaged your card.

EZ-Link
  • Damaged card that is on EZ-Reload

    Visit any TransitLink Ticket Office and present your card to terminate EZ-Reload for refund.
    • Less than S$100
      • EZ-Reload by Giro - process refund 30 days after termination of EZ-Reload
      • EZ-Reload by Credit - process refund 7 days after termination of EZ-Reload
    • More than S$100 - Fill up the Manual Deferred Refund (MDR) form provided by TransitLink. Deferred refund will take 14 working days via transfer to another EZ-Link card or to a DBS/POSB bank account.

  • Damaged card that is not on EZ-Reload

    Visit any TransitLink Ticket Office present your card for refund.
    • Less than S$100 - Refund is immediate.
    • More than S$100 - Fill up the Manual Deferred Refund (MDR) form provided by TransitLink. Deferred refund will take 14 working days via transfer to another EZ-Link card or to a DBS/POSB bank account.

  • Lost card that is on EZ-Reload

    Contact EZ-Link Customer Service Hotline at 6496 8300 (Operating Hours from 8am to 6pm daily, except for Public Holiday) or email EZ-Link at customerservice@ezlink.com.sg and provide the 16-digit EZ-Link CAN ID on the back of your DBS/POSB card to apply for deferred refund.

Note:
  • Any lost DBS/POSB Card with EZ-Link Wallet value that is not on EZ-Reload, i.e. manual EZ-Link top-up is deemed non-retrievable once misplaced. There is no refund or deactivation of EZ-Link Wallet.
NETS FlashPay
  • Damaged card that is on/not on Auto Top-Up Facility (ATU)
    Visit any TransitLink Ticket Office or NETS Customer Service Centre and present your card for refund.
    • Refund amount will be credited into your bank account within 14 working days.

  • Non-damaged card that is not on Auto Top-Up Facility (ATU)
    Immediate refund at any DBS/POSB ATM, under More Services.
    • Find the nearest ATM using our Locator.

  • Lost card that is on Auto Top-Up Facility (ATU)
    After cancelling your card, call the 24-hour NETS Customer Service Hotline at 6274 1212 to report the loss of your Auto Top-Up enabled NETS FlashPay Card. Upon receipt of a loss report, NETS shall cancel the Auto Top-Up within 48 hours. Please note that you are still liable for any payment transactions on the card during the 48-hour period.
    • Refund amount will be credited into your bank account within 14 working days.

Note:
  • Any lost DBS/POSB Card with NETS FlashPay Wallet that is not on Auto Top-Up Facility (ATU) is deemed non-retrievable once misplaced and there is no refund or deactivation on NETS FlashPay Wallet.
