Refund EZ-Link/NETS Flashpay Value

Get a refund or transfer of value for your EZ-Link/NETS FlashPay cards at any TransitLink Ticket Office if you have lost or damaged your card.

EZ-Link
  • Card with EZ-Reload
    Visit any TransitLink Ticket Office for refund.
    • Refund will take 21 days via transfer to another EZ-Link card or to a DBS/POSB bank account.
  • Card without EZ-Reload
    Visit any TransitLink Ticket Office for refund.
    • Less than S$100 - Refund is immediate.
    • More than S$100 - Refund will take 21 days via transfer to another EZ-Link card or to a DBS/POSB bank account.

Note:
  • If you have lost your card, please contact Transit Link at 6496 8300 to report lost of the ez-link card with the ez-reload feature. If you are calling Transit Link after office hours, please leave a voicemail and the report will be lodged.
NETS FlashPay
  • Card on Auto Top Up Facility (ATU)
    Visit any TransitLink Ticket Office or NETS Customer Service Centre for refund.
    • Refund amount will be credited into your bank account within 14 working days.
  • Card not on Auto Top Up Facility (ATU)
    Immediate refund at any DBS/POSB ATM, under More Services.
    • Find the nearest ATM using our Locator.

  • If you have lost your card, please contact Transit Link at 6496 8300 to report lost of the NETS FlashPay card with the auto top-up feature. If you are calling Transit Link after office hours, please leave a voicemail and the report will be lodged.
