Andy Sim is a Senior Vice President with DBS Group Research and has been an equities analyst for the last 11 years. He heads the ASEAN Consumer team at DBS and also looks at the healthcare and land transport sector. Andy has achieved numerous awards and has been voted in investor polls, such as AsiaMoney, Starmine, and Fact Set-Wall Street Journal awards.
Before joining DBS, he worked in the corporate office of a FMCG assisting the CEO on strategic and corporate matters.

Mr Vincent Tan Chor Khoon is the founder and Managing Director of Select Group since 1991. Mr Vincent Tan is responsible for the overall management, strategic planning and business development of Select Group. Mr Vincent Tan has over 25 years of experience in the F&B industry and has grown Select Group from its humble beginning of a catering company to a multi brands F&B consortium.
Mr Tan is also the President of Restaurant Association of Singapore.
Jocelyn Chng, co-founder and CEO of JR group

With her passion, hard work and keen business acumen, Jocelyn transformed Sin Hwa Dee from a traditional sauce manufacturing family shop to a global manufacturing company. Jocelyn is also the co-founder and CEO of JR group (formed in 2001). Under her leadership, JR has been growing steadily, and aims to be an international supplier of quality ready-to-eat meals. An inspiring local woman entrepreneur, Jocelyn has been invited on Bloomberg, BBC, The Straits Times, Channelnews Asia et cetera. Jocelyn has also received numerous awards, such as the NUS Eminent Alumni Award 2016, Montblanc Businesswoman of the Year and more.
David Yang, Chief Operating Officer of Koufu Pte Ltd

Mr David was appointed as COO in March 2017. As COO, he is the overall in charge of the operations of Koufu Group. Overseeing the various brands under the Koufu umbrella, he is actively involved in overseas expansion and working to elevate digitalisation in the organization including tapping on technology to bring Koufu into the next phase of our business. Prior to joining Koufu, David was the Co-CEO of Harrys International operating under the umbrella of Everstone Capital. David has more than 20 years of experience in the food and beverage industry of which 10 years was spent in Europe
