To help SMEs future-ready their workforce, DBS has partnered SkillsFuture Singapore (SSG) to launch the DBS SME Skills Booster Programme. DBS aims to help SMEs improve productivity and efficiency through workforce skills development that is aligned with their business aspirations.

Eligibility

This programme is applicable to DBS SME customers only.

  • Registered and operating in Singapore
  • Have a minimum of 30% shareholding held by Singapore citizens or Permanent Residents (PRs)
  • Have not more than S$100 million in group annual sales turnover
  • Have no more than 200 employees

Why should I sign my employees up for training?

What is the duration of the training programme?

The duration of training programmes will vary based on the training providers and topics. To kick things off, we will be focusing on workshops that last between three to five days to minimise disruption to your business operations. 

How much will this programme cost? 

The programme is free – your organisation will only have to cover the cost of the training programme/s. As we are matching you to SSG-accredited training providers, most (if not, all) of the courses are heavily subsidised for Singapore businesses. You can also enjoy training incentives when you enrol in courses.
