Log in to DBS IDEAL once your request has been processed.

Click on ‘Statements and Reports’ followed by ‘Custom Reports’ then ‘Generated Reports’.

Download eStatement by clicking on the ‘Download’ button.

What is an eStatement?

eStatement is a soft copy of your Commercial Cards Summary Statement available in both PDF and CSV formats that can be downloaded from DBS IDEAL.

Do I need to have an existing DBS IDEAL account to access eStatements?

Yes, a DBS IDEAL account is required to access your eStatements. If you do not have a DBS IDEAL account, you can Sign up for DBS IDEAL online. Alternatively, you may fill up this Application Form and mail it in to us or submit to any DBS Branches.

Do I have to pay for eStatements?

This is a free service that is available for all our commercial card customers with valid DBS IDEAL access.

Will I continue to receive physical copies of my statements?

No, once you have converted to eStatements, The Bank will stop sending paper statements.

Can anyone with access to my company’s DBS IDEAL account have access to the eStatements?

No, only authorised persons that have been granted access to the eStatements folder on DBS IDEAL will have access to the eStatements.

When will the eStatements be ready?

eStatements will up uploaded onto the eStatements folder within 3 business days of your statement date.

Can I view individual eStatements on DBS IDEAL as well?

No, individual eStatements are only available on iBanking/mBanking.

Is there a limit to view past eStatements?

You have access up to 45 days of statements from the date of enrolment.
