I’ve forgotten my User ID and/or PIN. How do I request for a new one?

Simply mail in your completed update form and a new User ID and/or PIN will be sent to you within seven working days upon receipt of your form.

 

How do I apply?

You may apply at any of our DBS or POSB branch. The Phone Banking User ID and PIN will be mailed to the user within seven working days upon receipt of your application.
