Go Paperless! Starting from 1 July 2019, DBS will no longer provide printed advices for Telegraphic Transfers and MEPS transactions that are initiated digitally*. Simply use eAdvices, available on DBS IDEAL, to view or download an electronic copy of the transaction advices.
* Applicable to all DBS customers for outgoing TT & MEPS payment transactions that are initiated via electronic channels and incoming TT & MEPS electronic payment transactions received on DBS IDEAL.

There is no charge for eAdvices on DBS IDEAL.
You can view your transaction advice on DBS IDEAL via the eAdvice icon next to your respective transaction details. Refer to the step-by-step instructions in the DBS IDEAL User Guide.
If you have not signed up for DBS IDEAL, simply apply for it by submitting the DBS IDEAL Application Form.
eAdvices will be available on DBS IDEAL for 6 months.
