  1. Online account opening service (“Service”) is generally available for Singapore incorporated entities with business operations in Singapore. The availability of the Service is at the discretion of DBS Bank Ltd. (“DBS”).
  2. Corporate accounts opened using the Service will be entitled to DBS IDEAL™ fee waivers, including set-up fees and monthly subscription fees (“Promotion”).
  3. This Promotion is only available to new corporate customers who open their DBS corporate accounts online using the Service.
  4. DBS’ prevailing terms and conditions applicable to corporate accounts shall apply to all accounts opened using the Service.
  5. DBS may at any time vary or supplement these terms and conditions, or suspend or withdraw the Promotion without prior notice or liability to any person.
  6. DBS makes no representation or warranty whatsoever in respect of offers or rewards from third-party merchants (including the availability of such offers or rewards). Any such offers or rewards will be subject to the terms and conditions of the third-party merchants and any dispute must be resolved directly with such third-party merchants.

  3. You agree that your Business Registration Number (BRN) will be disclosed to StarHub to verify that you are currently not an existing StarHub corporate customer.
  4. You agree that your name, email address and phone number will be disclosed to StarHub to enable them to contact you for their Promotion.
  5. DBS assumes no responsibility for any loss or damage in connection with this Promotion, howsoever arising, including without limitation, from any late or non-notification, any error in computing, technical hardware or software breakdown, malfunctions or defects, failed, delayed or incorrect application, or lost or unavailable network connections which may affect the availability of the Promotion.

  2. Talenox Payroll Deal (the “Promotion”) is only available to DBS customers who successfully open their DBS corporate accounts using the Service and who are currently not existing Talenox Payroll customers.

Waiver of Over-the-Counter & Cheque Book Fees for the DBS Digital Account

Terms & Conditions*

  1. The waiver of the $20 fee for each over-the-counter (OTC) transaction and $25 fee for each cheque book (“Promotion”) applies only to the following
    1. OTC transactions
      1. Cash deposit & withdrawals
      2. Cheque encashment
      3. Purchase of cashier’s order
      4. Purchase of demand draft
      5. Funds transfers
      6. Outward Telegraphic Transfers
    2. Issuance of cheque books
  2. The Promotion only applies to customers on the DBS Digital Account.
  3. Any other transaction fees stated in the pricing guide still apply to the transactions listed in point 1a.
  4. The Promotion will run from 22 July 2016 till 22 October 2016.
  5. DBS may at any time vary or supplement these terms and conditions, or suspend or withdraw the Promotion without prior notice or liability to any person.
  6. The decision of DBS on all matters relating to this Promotion shall be final and conclusive.

Deposit Insurance Scheme

Singapore dollar deposits of non-bank depositors and monies and deposits denominated in Singapore dollars under the Supplementary Retirement Scheme are insured by the Singapore Deposit Insurance Corporation, for up to S$50,000 in aggregate per depositor per Scheme member by law. Foreign currency deposits, dual currency investments, structured deposits and other investment products are not insured.
