<span style="color:#869cad;">Under MAS guidelines, AI is defined as a corporation with net assets exceeding $10 million in value (or its equivalent in a foreign currency), or all the individual shareholders are classified as Accredited Investors themselves.

To be an Accredited Investor (Individual):
i. You have net personal assets which exceed SGD $2 million (or its equivalent in a foreign currency); or
ii. You have net financial assets (i.e. deposits and investment products) which exceed SGD $1million (or its equivalent in a foreign currency); or
iii. Your income in preceding 12 months exceed SGD $300,000 (or its equivalent in a foreign currency).</span>
