* The Letter of Credit (“LC”) will be issued within 2 business days upon receipt of all original documents and satisfaction of all conditions, satisfactory to DBS Bank Ltd (“DBS”). For applications that require exceptional approvals, longer turnaround time is expected. Notwithstanding the foregoing, DBS retains the sole discretion to approve any application and its decision will be final and conclusive.
