How do I enjoy the various deals from the DBS Start Digital Package?

Simply select a minimum of two services from two different categories to enjoy the promotions indicated e.g: select one from Online Accounting, and another from Digital Marketing.

How do I apply for the Start Digital solutions?

Simply choose any of the deals that suit your needs, and click on "Submit". You will need to select at least two deals before you can submit and move on to the next page to complete your submission.

Can I apply for more than two Start Digital solutions?

Yes you can! You need to minimally apply for two Digital Solutions to enjoy the deals.

Who can enjoy these Start Digital solutions?

Businesses must (i) be classified as a Small and Medium Enterprise (SME) by Enterprise Singapore, and (ii) have no less than 30% of its shareholding held by Singapore citizens or Permanent Residents (PRs), are registered and incorporated in Singapore, (iii) and have an annual sales turnover (at group level) of not more than S$100 million or employment size not exceeding 200 employees

How will I be notified if I have successfully applied for the deal?

The solution providers will contact you directly via phone or email to confirm your interest and registration of the service. In event that your application is not successful, you will receive an email notification.

Are the prices for the different deals / services inclusive of GST?

Yes, the prices include GST unless otherwise stated. Prices are also subject to the individual solution provider's contract terms and conditions.
