Terms and Conditions governing the DBS SME Start Digital Programme Referral Programme (“Referral Programme”)
Participation in this Referral Programme constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
1. Referral Programme
1.1 This Referral Programme is valid from 1st May 2023 to 31st July 2023 (“Referral Programme Period”), or when 100 referrals have been received under this Referral Programme (“Fully Redeemed”), whichever comes first.
1.2 This Referral Programme is open to all new and existing DBS Bank Ltd. (“DBS”) customers (“Referrer”).
2. Rewards
2.1 To be deemed as a referrer eligible to receive the reward (“Eligible Referrer”) described in paragraph 2.2 below , the Referrer must meet all the following conditions:
a. Referrer must submit the completed referral form (“Completed Referral Form”) with the necessary details of the referee (“Referee”)
b. In the event that a Referee has been referred by more than 1 Referrer, the first Referrer to submits the Completed Referral Form according to the time stamps on the forms will be considered eligible.
c. The Referee must be eligible for the Start Digital Programme, sign up for 2 digital solutions under the programme and activate their accounts (“Onboarded”) with both of their chosen digital solution vendors.
d. Be among the first 100 referrals to meet all the above conditions, or before 31st July 2023, whichever comes first.
2.2 Eligible Referrers will be informed of their entitlement to receive S$50 worth of Takashimaya department store vouchers (“Vouchers”) for each Successful Referral, up to a maximum of S$250 worth of Vouchers or up to 5 successful referrals, via e-mail within 1.5 months from their Referees’ date of activation of both digital solutions.
2.3 The Bank reserves the right to withdraw, substitute or replace any Voucher of similar value without giving prior notice.
2.4 The Bank may vary the Terms and Conditions or discontinue this Referral Programme at any time without notice or liability to any party.
2.5 The Bank’s decision on all matters relating to this Referral Programme shall be final. No correspondence or claims will be entertained.
2.6 These Terms and Conditions are governed by, and shall be construed in accordance with, the laws of Singapore.
