How do I trigger Joy’s Express Services?


  1. Click the Joy icon at the bottom right corner and type in #authenticate or any related topics before pressing enter.

    Examples of related topics include:
       •   #viewbalance
       •   #viewtransactions
       •   #idealmaintenance
  2. Click on Authenticate Me.
  3. Key in your login details and OTP sent via registered email or SMS in the pop-up window.
What should I do if I encounter an issue during authentication?

If you encounter issues during authentication, please try the following:

  1. Check that pop-ups have been enabled in your browser settings
  2. Check that you have entered the correct registered mobile number and email address
  3. To receive SMS or Email OTP. ensure airplane mode is off and that your network connection is stable
  4. If you see the error message ‘The authentication was not successful’, please clear your web browser cache and try again
