Who is the Corporate Wealth Management service suitable for?

Operating companies, investment companies and non-profit organisations who classify as Accredited Investors. 

I am a Non-Profit Organisation. Can I still take up the Corporate Wealth Management service?

Yes you can depending on your investment mandate. The Corporate Wealth Management service is suitable for schools, institutes of higher learning, clubs, religious and charitable organisations.

How do I know if my company qualifies for the Corporate Wealth Management service?

Your company will need to be classified as an Accredited Investor in accordance to the Monetary Authority of Singapore’s regulations.  
To be an Accredited Investor (Corporation):

  1. Corporation/entity/trustees of a trust has more than SGD $10 million (or its equivalent in a foreign currency) in net assets; or
  2. Whose entire share capital is owned by individual Accredited Investors

Can my company still be an Accredited Investor if I don’t meet the requirements?

Your company can still be classified as an Accredited Investor if all the individual shareholders are classified as Accredited Investors themselves. To be an Accredited Investor (Individual):

  1. You have net personal assets which exceed SGD $2 million (or its equivalent in a foreign currency); or
  2. You have net financial assets (i.e. deposits and investment products) which exceed SGD $1million (or its equivalent in a foreign currency); or
  3. Your income in preceding 12 months exceed SGD $300,000 (or its equivalent in a foreign currency)
Is there a minimum investment amount for this Corporate Wealth Management service?

The minimum investment amount is SGD 5 million. If you’re keen to start investing with a smaller amount, please contact us for advisement.
