Change of Mandate

You may update your business account signatories and/or signature requirements online via the Change of Mandate Online Form. You will be prompted throughout the online process on the relevant fields to include and the appropriate users that can approve these changes.

If you prefer in-person guidance, please make an appointment before visiting any SME Branch and bring along the mandatory documents. You may be required to visit the branch again if further documentation is required.
Banker’s Guarantee

Apply for a Banker’s Guarantee online to enjoy limited time offers where applicable.

Alternatively, you may make an appointment for guided assistance by our branch staff on the Banker’s Guarantee application that best suit your financing needs.

Please bring along the following mandatory documents for your visit. You may be required to visit the branch again if further documentation is required.

  1. Authorised Signatory(ies) 
  2. BG Details – Beneficiary’s Information, Currency & Amount, Effective date, Expiry Date, Claim Expiry Date
  3. BG Format provided by the Beneficiary
  4. DBS Corporate Account No.

  • ID documents

Please call the DBS BusinessCare team at 1800 222 2200 from 8.30am to 8.30pm between Monday to Friday (excluding Public Holidays) to make an appointment prior to visiting the branch. Do note that the last appointment slot is 1 hour before the branch closes and your appointment timeslot will only be held for 15 minutes.

Do bring along all required documents (refer to respective document checklists above) for your appointment, the branch reserves the right to cancel your appointment if all required documents are not furnished during the visit.
