Who is eligible for this promotion?
This promotion is open to DBS/POSB Credit Card and Cashline customers who submit their application via digibank online using Myinfo with Singpass which is only available on digibank online (not available on digibank mobile app), and have their credit limit increase approved by 30 Sep 2025.
How do I apply?
- Login to digibank online with your User ID & PIN.
- Under ‘Apply’, click on More Application Services.
- Select Credit Limit Review.
- Under Proof of Income, select Retrieve Income Data via Myinfo.
- Verify and Submit your Credit Limit Review application.
Can I apply for a credit limit review via digibank mobile app or at any DBS/POSB branches?
No. This promotion is only valid for applications submitted via DBS/POSB digibank online using Myinfo with Singpass.
I have adjusted my credit limit recently. If I apply for a credit limit increase during the promotion period, will I qualify for the cash reward?
To be eligible for the S$20 cash reward, your final approved credit limit must be higher than your credit limit as of 1 Jul 2025.
When will I receive the S$20 cash reward?
The reward will be credited to your DBS/POSB Credit Card or Cashline account by 31 Dec 2025.
