Via Internet Banking
- Log in to digibank online with your User ID & PIN.
- Complete the Authentication Process
- Under Cards, click on Manage Cards (Activate, Change Limits & More).
- Select the Card that you wish to change the account linkage for.
- Scroll down under Linked accounts, click on Link more accounts to add account link to the card or click on the Menu and select Manage linked accounts to change the primary account.
- Select the new Primary Account or any Secondary/Other Accounts to be linked to the card and click Save.
(Click on the Recycle Bin Button to remove any account(s) linked to your card.) - You have successfully linked your account to your card.
Via Mobile Banking
- Log into digibank Mobile with your Touch / Face ID or digibank User ID & PIN.
- Tap More, under Manage Cards & Loans select Link Card to Account.
- Select the Card you wish to change the account linkage for.
- Select the Primary Linkage Account and any Secondary/Other Accounts to be linked to the card, tap Next.
- Verify the details and tap Confirm to complete the card linkage.
