For Teens

Step 1: Download DBS PayLah! on your phone and select Register via Parent’s Singpass.

Step 2: Read and acknowledge the T&Cs and select Retrieve Myinfo with singpass.

Step 3: Pass your phone to your parent to complete registration and select Next.

For Parents

Step 4: Launch the Singpass app on your phone and scan the QR code on your child's phone to log in to Singpass.

Step 5: Proceed with Singpass face verification on your child's phone and review the disclaimer disclosure and select Agree to proceed.

Step 6: Select the child to set up PayLah! for and enter your child's details with an email address that both of you can access to receive banking notifications. The email address should not be associated to your existing bank records.

Step 7: Complete the child’s tax residency status.

Step 8: Enter the OTP sent to your child's phone and create a password for your child's account.

Step 9: Review and complete application for your child's account.

Step 10: If you have a promo code, select I have a promo code to get cash benefits.

What are the eligibility requirements for users under 18 to register for a PayLah! account?

Parents of users under 18 years old must be an existing DBS/POSB deposit account holder. Registering for PayLah! will require parental consent and assistance.

Note: PayLah! registration via Singpass is currently only available to Singaporeans or Permanent Residents.
