Terms & Conditions

By proceeding with the submission, you have provided your consent to an 18 months contract in-line with the Start Digital program offered by DBS (this supersedes section 4 Financio user license agreement).

Upon expiry of the contract period, the service shall continue until terminated.

In the event of termination, deactivation will only take effect after the then-current paid subscription.

  • to pay or refund us a sum of moneys equal to any and all discounts, subsidies, waivers and rebates given by us to you up to the date of termination; and
  • for all claims, damages, losses and liabilities which we may suffer because of the early termination, including but not limited to, any and all unrecoverable costs imposed by us by any third party relating to the early termination.

  • for the monthly recurring Charges for the Services on a per user licence basis for the rest of the remaining Minimum Period of Service; and
  • to pay or refund us a sum of moneys equal to any and all discounts, subsidies, waivers and rebates given by us to you up to the date of termination; and
