Organised by Schneider Electric, this first-of-its-kind programme provides training & mentorship to SMEs over 3 years. SMEs will receive support in developing their decarbonisation roadmaps, identifying energy saving opportunities and leveraging digital solutions to track their energy consumption and emissions.​

Sustainability-as-a-Service (SaaS) Programme​

The SaaS programme offered by TÜV SÜD PSB supports local companies in adopting international standards via a 3-step approach encompassing online self-assessment, training, and certification. This enables companies that wish to obtain independent third-party assurance and verification to gain a competitive advantage. Eligible enterprises can receive up to 70% funding of qualified costs under the programme.​

Enterprise Sustainability Programme - Foundations in Corporate Sustainability​

UN Global Compact Network Singapore’s 2-day crash course,  "Foundations in Corporate Sustainability" helps businesses jumpstart their sustainability journey. Gain insights into Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) trends, get practical guidance on operationalising sustainability, and tap on GCNS’ host of glocal resources, including proprietary toolkits to embark on carbon and sustainability reporting to increase trust and credibility with stakeholders. 70% Enterprise Singapore subsidy available for qualifying companies.​

 

 



 

 

DBS SME Skills Booster Programme

To help SMEs future-proof their workforce, DBS has partnered SkillsFuture Singapore (SSG) to launch the DBS SME Skills Booster Programme. Through the programme, SME employees can hone their skills in areas such as sustainability, digital and transformation, banking, and finance, and cyberwellness. Eligible enterprises can receive up to 90% subsides on SSG accredited upskilling courses.

DBS works with reputable Institute of Higher Learning (IHLs) in Singapore to ensure that companies which join the ESG Ready Programme are equipped with the right skills and knowledge to begin their sustainability journey. Through tailored workshops and structured training, businesses who join the programme will gain the confidence to understand ESG principles, regulatory expectations, and practical tools – building a strong foundation for transformation.

 

 

 

Nanyang Polytechnic (NYP) launched Singapore’s first Decarbonisation Playbook in May 2025, to guide manufacturers to net zero alongside through the SME Skills Booster Programme.


 

 

 

 

Singapore Polytechnic (SP), DBS' first IHL partner and Singapore’s first polytechnic, has pioneered a joint ESG Sustainable Risk course. The polytechnic supports DBS' SME Skills Booster Programme by providing curated corporate training and short courses to upskill SME employees.


 

 

 

 

Republic Polytechnic (RP)’s Academy for Continuing Education offers industry-aligned CET programmes co-developed with partners to address skill gaps, boost workforce capabilities, and build talent pipelines. RP has successfully upskilled DBS clients in sustainability education through webinars, masterclasses, training, and short courses—driving impact and business transformation.
