Training Partners

DBS works with reputable Institute of Higher Learning (IHLs) in Singapore to ensure that companies which join the ESG Ready Programme are equipped with the right skills and knowledge to begin their sustainability journey. Through tailored workshops and structured training, businesses who join the programme will gain the confidence to understand ESG principles, regulatory expectations, and practical tools – building a strong foundation for transformation.

Nanyang Polytechnic (NYP) launched Singapore’s first Decarbonisation Playbook in May 2025, to guide manufacturers to net zero alongside through the SME Skills Booster Programme.

Singapore Polytechnic (SP), DBS' first IHL partner and Singapore’s first polytechnic, has pioneered a joint ESG Sustainable Risk course. The polytechnic supports DBS' SME Skills Booster Programme by providing curated corporate training and short courses to upskill SME employees.

Republic Polytechnic (RP)’s Academy for Continuing Education offers industry-aligned CET programmes co-developed with partners to address skill gaps, boost workforce capabilities, and build talent pipelines. RP has successfully upskilled DBS clients in sustainability education through webinars, masterclasses, training, and short courses—driving impact and business transformation.

Carbon Accounting

Accurate measurement is the first step to meaningful action. After being equipped with the right skills and knowledge, our carbon accounting partner, ESGpedia provides businesses with the tool to help quantify and track their emissions. By doing so, companies can identify opportunities for reduction, set science-based targets and report transparently – strengthening both credibility and impact.

ESGpedia has partnered with DBS as a Carbon Assessment partner to help businesses build sustainability capability. Through the DBS ESG Ready programme, the ESGpedia platform helps local businesses achieve ESG readiness, by digitally enabling them on greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions calculation and Sustainability Report generation. ESGpedia is Asia-Pacific’s leading ESG data and technology platform, and businesses can attain their ESBN Asia-Pacific Green Deal badge through the platform.

Every business faces unique challenges in embedding sustainability into strategy. That’s where our sustainability consulting partners step in. Through the ESG Ready Programme, these experts help businesses bridge the gap between vision and execution, aligning ESG goals with industry standards, stakeholder expectation and long-term growth.

Deloitte provides sustainability advisory services to help clients future-proof their business. Through ESG risk assessments and target setting, they develop actionable roadmaps for clients to identify opportunities and accelerate their green transition. Leveraging global expertise and industry experience, Deloitte also supports their clients in tackling sustainability and climate drivers, such as decarbonisation, sustainable financing, supply chain assessments, and sustainability reporting.

Founded in 2013, Global Green Connect (GGC) helps SMEs accelerate sustainability adoption through carbon management, renewable energy guidance and ESG reporting support. They provide carbon accounting and offset solutions, advisory for corporate sustainability strategies.

GreenA Consultants helps organisations design and implement sustainability roadmaps, especially around green building and resource optimisation. They offer sustainability consulting, green building certification and lifecycle carbon advisory, specializing in tropical climate sustainability and high-performance green building design.

Grant Thornton supports our clients with ESG strategy, compliance readiness, and sustainability-linked financial reporting. They provide audit, tax, advisory and sustainability consulting with a focus on governance and risk management.

Building System & Diagnostics (BSD) enables SMEs to improve energy efficiency and reduce operational emissions through building-level diagnostics and optimisation. They offer energy audits, building system assessments and performance marking for facilities.

Certification

Singapore Environment Council (SEC) is a non-governmental organisation that champions environmental sustainability. Through training, partnerships, and certification programmes, it fosters environmental awareness and action. Its certification programmes, such as the Singapore Green Label Scheme, help businesses and consumers identify environmentally preferable products and services, driving the adoption of sustainable practices across sectors.

TÜV SÜD provides credibility to organisation’s sustainability claims through certifications, testing and ESG risk assurance by delivering global standards-based testing, inspection, certification, and sustainability assurance service. They are an internationally recognised certification authority with deep technical and regulatory experience.
