Complete your profile to continue using your PayLah! wallet.

In order to provide a secure environment for our customers, DBS PayLah! requires all customers using PayLah! to be verified into our Banking system.

If you are a DBS/POSB customer with a Deposit Account (Personal or Joint-Alternate accounts only):

  • Step 1: Launch your PayLah! app, tap on “More”
  • Step 2: Select ‘Complete Your Profile’ under the ‘More’ page in your PayLah! app to start.
  • Step 3: Select ‘Yes’ on the ‘Do you have a DBS/POSB deposit account?’ option
  • Step 4: Authenticate with your digibank credentials, and we will update your PayLah! profile with your existing bank records!

If you are a Singaporean or Permanent Resident without a DBS/POSB Deposit Account:

  • Step 1: Launch your PayLah! app, tap on “More”
  • Step 2: Select ‘Complete Your Profile’ under the ‘More’ page in your PayLah! app to start.
  • Step 3: Select ‘No’ on the ‘Do you have a DBS/POSB deposit account?’ option
  • Step 4: Proceed to use your SingPass. Please note that you will need to give consent for the retrieval of data from your MyInfo account. Please also ensure that your email address is updated in your SingPass.
  • Step 5: Review the details that we retrieved to ensure they are up to date.

If you are not a DBS/POSB Account holder and would like to apply for an account:

  • Step 1: Register for a bank account with DBS/POSB
  • Step 2: Once your account (digibank) is set up, complete your profile in the PayLah! app to enable full features of PayLah!

Please note that PayLah! and digibank does not connect automatically. Please ensure that your new Bank registered Account is the same number as your registered PayLah! Account.
