The signature could be missing or does not match the Bank records. Please visit (or request the loan servicing account holder to visit) any POSB or DBS Branch within 14 days of the SMS for our Branch Officer to verify the signature of the loan servicing account and submit a fresh repayment instruction thereafter.

As there were insufficient funds to effect the payment, the earlier repayment instruction is null and void. Please submit a new Repayment Reply Slip and ensure that there are sufficient funds in your account for future repayments.

Please await for graduation/repayment letter from the Bank before submitting repayment instruction. Meanwhile, you may submit ad-hoc payments via Internet Banking.
