Terms and Conditions
  1. All prices are subject to prevailing 7% GST.
  2. Rates are quoted in Singapore dollars, and on a per event basis. Per event entitles up to 3 passengers travelling together on the same flight for Gateway and Quayside service and up to 2 passengers for Jetside service.
  3. 10% surcharge for flight arrival/departure between 2200hrs to 0700hrs.
  4. S$50 surcharge applies to all T4 Quayside service per way.
  5. Buggy service is not available for all Terminal 4 services.
  6. This agreement is valid from 1st January 2019 to 31 Dec 2019. Travel must be completed by 31st December 2019. First service booked must be completed by 30th June 2019, subsequent FREE service to be completed by 31 Dec 2019.
  7. Rates are not applicable for groups of more than 9 passengers on the same flight.
  8. No Charge for infant below 2 years.
  9. Blackout Dates: Major events 18-24 September 2019 (Singapore GP).
  10. During the blackout dates, a 50% service surcharge will be applicable for use. JetQuay management reserves the right to amend the blackout dates.
  11. An additional S$20/event peak season surcharge will apply to eve/on Singapore Public Holidays.
  12. Passengers are subject to the respective airlines’ conditions of carriage for passengers and baggage.
  13. JetQuay baggage handling is limited to 2 pieces of check-in baggage per passenger.
  14. Additional bags charged at $15 per bag (subject to surcharges and taxes) payable over the reception counter.
  15. The service is not available for passengers departing on American based airlines, Swiss Air, Malaysian Airlines and for passengers travelling on low cost carriers through Changi Airport Terminals 1, 2, 3 and 4. Restriction applies for certain airlines. (Please check with JetQuay Reservations)
  16. Limitation of max. 2pax receiving/ sending off party. Additional charge at $20/pax. (subject to taxes).
  17. Immigration & Checkpoints Authority of Singapore has the final authority whether to grant priority clearance to travellers.
  18. It is the passenger's responsibility to ensure that they are at the correct Terminal (CIP Terminal) for departure. JetQuay will not be responsible for any no-show fees resulting from passengers departing from the wrong Terminal.
  19. JetQuay reserves the right to reject any guests without prior reservations.
  20. Mode of transfer for each service is at JetQuay Operation’s discretion.
  21. All DBS guests will be offered food and beverages served in the lounge. No special catered food will be provided to individual’s preference.
  22. Late cancellations (less than 6 hours before flight departure/arrival time) and “no-shows” will be charged at full price accordingly.
