FAQs

How soon will I receive my payments?

If you have a DBS Business Account, the funds will be credited within T + 1 (where T is the day of transaction). The funds will be credited within T + 3 if you do not have a DBS Business Account. This is applicable for Visa, MasterCard, JCB and UnionPay transactions, where DBS is the acquirer. Upon settlement, the NETT Amount will be credited to your designated DBS Business Account.

Who do I call if I experience payment issues?

Do I need to keep signed charge slips?

Yes, you are required to keep signed charge slips for at least 18 months.

As a merchant, can I pass on the surcharge costs and/or impose a minimum spend on consumers who want to pay with a credit card?

According to applicable regulations set by the respective governing bodies, merchants are not allowed to impose any minimum spend and/or pass on the surcharge to consumers who want to pay with their credit card.

Can DBS support wired and wireless terminals?

Yes, we can support both; however charges vary depending on the type of terminals.

  • Latest copy of your company’s ACRA BizFile

  • Average transaction amount in SGD
  • Projected sales volume per annum in SGD
