Why choose DBS Credit Card Acceptance for Retail Businesses?
If you have a DBS Business Account, the funds will be credited within T + 1 (where T is the day of transaction). The funds will be credited within T + 3 if you do not have a DBS Business Account. This is applicable for Visa, MasterCard, JCB and UnionPay transactions, where DBS is the acquirer. Upon settlement, the NETT Amount will be credited to your designated DBS Business Account.

Yes, you are required to keep signed charge slips for at least 18 months.
According to applicable regulations set by the respective governing bodies, merchants are not allowed to impose any minimum spend and/or pass on the surcharge to consumers who want to pay with their credit card.
