Updates to the PAssion POSB Debit Card’s Up to 9% cash rebates (18X yuu Points) Promotion
With effect from 1 Oct 2025, there will be revisions to the PAssion POSB Debit Card’s Up to 9% cash rebates (18X yuu Points) Promotion.

The minimum spend requirement to earn up to 7.5% bonus cash rebates (15X yuu Points) will be revised to S$500 anywhere per Qualifying month.
Cardmembers will need to transact at:

Min. 3 yuu merchants/categories to enjoy 1.5% bonus cash rebates (3X yuu Points) per Qualifying month, capped at S$10, or
Min. 5 yuu merchants/categories to enjoy 7.5% bonus cash rebates (15X yuu points) per Qualifying month, capped at S$38.

Cardmembers can also earn bonus cash rebates for their Malaysian Ringgit spend ^NEW!

Updates to the DBS yuu Card Programme
With effect from 1 Oct 2025, please note that there will be revisions to the DBS yuu Card Programme.

Cardmembers can also earn up to 18% cash rebates on bus and train rides via SimplyGo on top of existing yuu merchants^NEW!
The minimum spend requirement to earn 13% bonus cash rebates will be revised from S$600 to S$800, and cardmembers will need to transact at 4 different Participating Merchants (including SimplyGo) per calendar month.
The rewards on non-yuu merchants spend will be revised from 0.5% to 0.25% cash rebates.
DBS yuu American Express^® Cardmembers rewards at Mandai Wildlife Group will be revised from up to 18% to 0.5% cash rebates.

Updates on PayNet
Please be informed that PayNet will be discontinued effective 30 Sep 2025. Access to this service will no longer be available after that date.

Updates to DBS Altitude Card, DBS Woman’s World Card and DBS Vantage Card
The Terms and Conditions for annual fee waiver eligibility for DBS Altitude Card, DBS Woman’s World Card and DBS Vantage Card be revised with effect from 1 August 2026.

Updates to DBS Altitude Card and DBS Vantage Card
Terms and conditions governing Complimentary Priority Pass Digital membership will be revised for DBS Vantage Card and DBS Altitude Card with effect from 20 September 2025.

Updates to the DBS Credit Card Agreement
The following change to the DBS Credit Card Agreement will be effective from 11 September 2025

4.2. PAYMENT OBLIGATIONS
4.2.3. If you fail to make at least the minimum payment by the payment due date specified in the said Card Account Statement, the interest rate applicable to your Card Account will be increased by an additional interest rate of 3% p.a. on top of the prevailing interest rate (“Increased Interest Rate”). Such Increased Interest Rate shall be applied to the outstanding balance in your Card Account, as well as to the computation of finance charges in respect thereof, from the first working day after the date of the subsequent Card Account statement following your next Card Account statement. The Increased Interest Rate will continue to be applied to your Card Account unless and until the minimum payment for your Card Account is made in full on or before the payment due date as specified in your monthly Card Account statement for three (3) consecutive monthly statements upon which the Increased Interest Rate shall be reinstated to the prevailing interest rate with effect from the first working day after the next Card Account statement date. All interests accrued on your Card Account must be paid by you to us without demand. We reserve the right to amend the additional interest rate of 3% p.a. to such other rate(s) as we may determine from time to time, as notified by us in such manner as we deem necessary.

Updates to DBS Vantage Card
With effect from 1 Oct 2025, Accor Plus Explorer Membership benefits will be revised. DBS Vantage Cardmembers will get to enjoy 2 complimentary Accor hotel stays, 15% discount from public room rates and more. Find out more here.

Updates to DBS Visa Debit Card
From 1 August 2025, please note that there will be changes to the DBS Visa Debit Card Cashback Programme:

The Foreign Currency Transactions eligible for 2% cashback will exclude transactions that are debited from a DBS Multi-Currency Account’s respective foreign currency funds without any foreign exchange conversion fees.
The cash withdrawals limit to successfully enjoy cashback has been reduced to S$200 and below across all DBS/POSB Cards, including Qualifying Cards, at local DBS/POSB ATMs and Branches within each calendar month. This is only applicable to SGD cash withdrawals in Singapore.

Changes on NETS Contactless limit
From 16 July 2025, NETS Contactless limit will be increased to S$200 and you will no longer need a PIN for transactions up to this amount. 

Updates on DBS Woman’s World Card
From 1 August 2025, please note that the cap for online bonus awarding on eligible spend will be revised from S$1,500 to S$1,000. Continue to use your DBS Woman’s World Card to enjoy up to 4 miles per S$1 on your purchases. Terms and conditions apply.

Changes to DBS Rewards Catalogue
Effective 1 July 2025, there will be a revision in the DBS Points required for catalogue redemption. Points required for air miles, fee waivers and charity donation remain the same.

Updates to the POSB Everyday Card
With effect from 1 July 2025, please note that there will be changes to the POSB Everyday Card Cash Rebates Programme.

With a minimum qualified spend of S$800 per calendar month, Cardmembers will earn 5% cash rebates at POPULAR (bookstores and online store) with a cap of Daily$20 per calendar month.

Cardmembers will continue to earn 5% cash rebates at Sheng Siong with no minimum spend, with a cap of Daily$20 per calendar month.

Cardmembers will cease to earn 2% cash rebates, and instead earn the base 0.3% for transactions at Speedycare. Redemption of Daily$ at Speedycare will also be ceased.

There are no changes to all other existing benefits not listed above.

Updates to the DBS Credit Card Agreement
The following change to the DBS Credit Card Agreement will be effective from 5 September 2025

4.2. PAYMENT OBLIGATIONS
4.2.1. You shall pay us the entire outstanding balance or, at least, the minimum payment specified in the Card Account Statement by the payment due date. If your card transactions exceed your credit limit in any given month, you shall also pay all amounts by which the credit limit has been exceeded. If you do not pay the entire outstanding balance by the payment due date, you must pay a finance charge at a prevailing interest rate of 27.8% p.a. on a daily basis on (i) each individual transaction comprised in the outstanding balance in your Card Account Statement from the date such transaction was effected until full payment of the outstanding balance together with interest is made and (ii) any new transaction from the date the transaction was effected until full payment is made (notwithstanding that the payment for such transaction may not be due yet.

Updates to Visa Debit Card Terms and Conditions
The following change to Terms and Conditions will be effective from 4 Jan 2025:
The Cash Rebate earned in a calendar month will be credited within 120 days after end of qualifying spend period.

Updates to the POSB Everyday Card
With effect from 1 April 2025, please note that there will be changes to the POSB Everyday Card Cash Rebates Programme.

With a minimum qualified spend of S$800 per calendar month, Cardmembers will earn more Daily$ cash rebates on the following:

10% cash rebates on online food delivery & 5% cash rebates on offline dining, capped at Daily$20 per calendar month
5% cash rebates on online shopping (Amazon.sg, Lazada, Shopee, RedMart, Taobao, and TikTok Shop), capped at Daily$20 per calendar month

Cardmembers will cease to earn up to 3% cash rebates on Utilities and Telecommunications.

The POSB Everyday Card Dining and Online Shopping Spend Trackers on Paylah! will be removed.

There will be no changes to all other existing benefits not listed in the above.

Updates to the DBS Takashimaya Credit Cards Terms and Conditions
The following change to the Terms and Conditions will be effective from 21 November 2024:
Bonus Points are awarded for purchases at participating Specialty Stores in Takashimaya Shopping Centre from Basement 2 to Level 4.
*Please note that Bonus Points will only be awarded on payments made via in-store card terminals only.

Updates on DBS yuu Card
With effect from 27 October 2024, yuu Points will no longer be awarded at all Food Republic and Food Junction outlets. You can continue to earn yuu Points at other participating yuu merchants. For more details, click here.

Updates to the SAFRA DBS Credit & Debit Card - SAFRA$ Cash Rebate Programme
The following change to the Terms and Conditions will be effective from 18 October 2024:

Cash Rebate is issued in the form of SAFRA$ and rounded up to the nearest 2 decimal places. Cash Rebate is capped at a maximum of SAFRA$50 per Card account per calendar month. The Cash Rebate earned in a calendar month will be credited within 60 days after end of qualifying spend period.

Updates on POSB Everyday Card – Redemption of Daily$ at Watsons
With effect from 1 August 2024, POSB Daily$ redemption will be ceased at all Watsons stores islandwide. You may continue to redeem your POSB Daily$ instantly at participating merchants (Sheng Siong, SPC and Pet Lovers Centre) in-stores, offset your purchases via DBS PayLah! or offset your credit card bills. Continue to use your card to enjoy cash rebates!

Updates on HomeTeamNS-PAssion-POSB Debit Card
With effect from 30 April 2024, the rewarding and redeeming of HomeTeamNS$ will be discontinued.
Renewal and replacement of the card will discontinue from 1 July 2024.

Updates to the DBS Live Fresh Card Cashback Programme:
The following changes to the DBS Live Fresh Card Cashback Programme will be effective from 1 March 2024:

Cardmembers will earn unlimited 0.3% base cashback on all eligible spend.

Upon hitting the minimum spend requirement of S$800 per calendar month, Cardmembers will enjoy up to 6% cashback on Shopping and Transport spend (includes in-store, contactless and online transactions made in Singapore and overseas):

Additional 5.7% bonus cashback on Shopping spend (capped at S$50 per calendar month)
Additional 5.7% bonus cashback on Transport spend (capped at S$20 per calendar month)

The card benefits of up to 5% cashback on Contactless and Online Spend, and the extra 5% Green Cashback on Sustainable Spend will cease.

Updates on DBS Woman’s World Card
With effect from 1 March 2024, please note that the online bonus awarding cap for eligible spend will be adjusted from S$2,000 to S$1,500. Continue to use your DBS Woman’s World Card to enjoy up to 4 miles per S$1 on your purchase.

Updates to the DBS Altitude American Express^® Card – Complimentary Mr and Mrs Smith SilverSmith Membership
With effect from 25 February 2024, the complimentary Mr and Mrs Smith SilverSmith membership benefit provided by American Express will cease. All existing memberships will remain valid for 1 year from the date of enrolment.

Updates on Cash Advance function - Scam prevention efforts

Updates to DBS Insignia Visa Infinite Card - Miles Accelerator Promotion
With effect from 1 November 2023, we will be ceasing the Miles Accelerator Promotion. Registered cardmembers will still enjoy an additional 1 mile on their eligible spend till 31 October 2023. The final administrative fee for the extra Bonus Miles (awarded in the form of DBS Points) earned on their eligible spend from 1 to 31 October 2023 will be charged by 30 November 2023.
With effect from 1 November 2023, cardmembers can continue to earn 1.6 miles per S$1 on their local retail spend, and 2 miles per S$1 on their overseas retail spend.

Updates on Cash Advance Limit
For enhanced security, a Cash Advance limit of S$5,000 will be applied on your Credit card(s) from 28 December 2023. For more details visit here.

Cash withdrawals at ATMs
Effective 10 Sep 2023, the total amount of cash that you can withdraw per day on both local and overseas ATMs is S$15,000. This daily cash withdrawal limit applies regardless of the number of cards you have. With effect from 1 October 2023, cash rebates on Watsons spend will be revised from 3% to 0.3%, with no minimum spend and cap. You can still redeem your POSB Daily$ at Watsons stores islandwide. Continue to tap your POSB Everyday card to enjoy cash rebates!

Updates to DBS Altitude Card – Miles Accelerator Promotion
With effect from 1 July 2023, we will be ceasing the Miles Accelerator Promotion. Registered cardmembers will continue to earn 1 additional mile on their eligible spend till 30 June 2023. Increase of Credit Card Retail Interest Rate and Cash Advance Interest Rate With effect from 01 April 2023, the prevailing interest rate for computing finance charges applicable to your Card Account

Card transactions will be revised from 26.8% p.a. to 27.8% p.a. on the transaction amount, chargeable on a daily basis from the date of transaction until receipt of full payment if the entire outstanding balance is not paid in full by payment due date.
Cash advance charges will be revised from 28% p.a. to 28.5% p.a. on the amount withdrawn, chargeable on a daily basis from the date of withdrawal until receipt of full payment.
