Who can get this card?

Age

Must be 21 to 75 years old

Minimum income

Singaporeans/PR: S$30,000 p.a. (≤55 years old) or S$15,000 p.a. (56 years and above)

Foreigners: S$45,000 p.a.

Membership needed

You must be a SAFRA member.

What fees are there?

Annual fee

None, as long as you remain a SAFRA member (SAFRA membership fee applies).

Late fee

S$100 will be levied if minimum payment is not received on the card account by payment due date.

Finance charges

27.8% p.a. is chargeable daily (subject to compounding)
