• Select Rewards on DBS PayLah! App
• Under the Redeem tab, select DBS Rewards Flexi eVoucher
• Select Redeem under the DBS Rewards Flexi eVoucher
• Tap Redeem and input the amount or DBS Points you wish to redeem
• Review your transaction details and enter SMS One Time Pin (OTP) to complete the redemption

No.  Each customer can only have one Flexi eVoucher. All redemptions, regardless of whether they use DBS Points and/or POSB Daily$, will be combined into a single Flexi eVoucher.

You can use it at any of the 40,000 SGQR acceptance points with NETS QR logo:

You can choose how much of your Flexi eVoucher balance to use for a purchase. Any remaining balance can be used for future purchases.

If the purchase amount exceeds your Flexi eVoucher balance, you can pay the remaining amount using any of the following payment methods accepted by the merchant: DBS PayLah!, DBS/POSB Credit/Debit Card, PayNow or cash.

You can check your past transactions on the History tab on the Rewards Flexi eVoucher dashboard. You can view up to last 60 days of your past transactions.

No. DBS Points & POSB Daily$ redeemed are not refundable, nor reversible, or for exchange of any other Reward.

No. There is no reinstatement of expired Flexi eVoucher or exchange of any other Reward.
