General Enquiries

DBS Lifestyle app offers new personalised services such as InstaRewards and Expenses Trackers that require authentication of the user. Hence, log in is required to access these services.

You can log in with your existing DBS/POSB digibank User ID and the 6 to 9-digit Secure PIN.

When you personalise your settings, it allows DBS Lifestyle app to remember the Deals and Rewards that you have added to Favourites and you will be able to access them without logging in. In addition, you can enable “fingerprint login” for easy login. You can also enable Peek Balance to glance at your rewards balance without logging in.

Tap More from the menu bar, select Settings and select Personalization to get started.

Your saved coupons, Deals and Rewards that you have added to Favourites are tied to your User ID. Hence, they will be available in your new device.

To receive notifications from the DBS Lifestyle app, please enable ‘Allow Notifications’ in your mobile settings.


  1. Log in to DBS Lifestyle app with your digibank User ID and PIN.
  2. Select Rewards from the menu bar.
  3. Select See All under InstaRewards History

You will be able to view 90 days of transaction history.

Deals & Promotions Tracker

These are deals that have been selected for you based on your preferences.

The promotion tracker will be updated within 3 working days after spending is reflected/posted in the transaction history. Kindly refer to the promotion details and terms and conditions for more information.

The Promotion Tracker captures all transactions made during the promotion period. This includes your eligible spend transactions as well as reversal transactions (e.g. refunds).  Kindly refer to the promotion details and terms and conditions for more information.

Currently, only the main card cardmembers can participate in the promotions. Any expenses the supplementary card cardmember makes will go towards the main card cardmembers’ account

Auto-Activation of Magstripe

This is a new feature and is only available on DBS Lifestyle app. Once you have enabled the auto-activation magstripe feature, it will detect your device’s location and automatically activates your card’s magstripe when you travel, and deactivate when you are home, providing convenience and card security.

Once the DBS Lifestyle app detects your device’s new location, it will automatically activate or deactivate the magstripe on your card. Once activated, you will be notified via a SMS and push notification via DBS Lifestyle app.

Card Services & More

  1. Log in to DBS Lifestyle app with your digibank User ID and PIN.
  2. Select More from the menu bar and click on
  3. Select the service(s) you wish to apply.
  4. Follow the instructions to complete the application.

Note: DBS Lifestyle app will redirect you to the DBS/POSB digibank app to complete the transaction.
