Set your Alerts via iBanking

With immediate effect, we have introduced email and SMS notification alerts when you perform transactions listed in the table below, via iBanking and digibank app as well as other channels.

You can customize your notification alerts for selected transactions by selecting either email or SMS or both as your notification alerts on your online and other banking transactions. In addition, you can also customize your threshold limits. Should any of your transaction amounts exceed the threshold limits you have set, you will automatically receive these email and SMS notification alerts.

Note that valid email address and mobile number are required to use this service.

How to register for your iBanking/digibank app Email and SMS Alerts

Email Notification Alerts

To receive Email Notification Alerts for iBanking & digibank app transactions, you will need to register your email address with us.

Simply login to DBS iBanking and go to the ‘Update Particulars and Contact Preferences’ section to register your email address.

This email address will then be used to notify you on your iBanking transactions.

SMS Notification Alerts

In order to receive SMS notification alerts for your iBanking & digibank app transactions, you will need to register your mobile number for a service called "iBanking OTP".

(iBanking OTP is a single usage One Time Password for transactions authorization. Once you have registered your mobile number for iBanking OTP you will automatically receive the iBanking/digibank app SMS Notification Alerts).

Please login to iBanking to register your mobile phone number to receive iBanking OTP. If you do not have internet access, you can apply for this service by completing the Application Form. Your application will be activated 3 working days upon receipt of your form.
