Debit Card Activation

1. Where do I activate my DBS or POSB Debit Card on iBanking?

   You can activate your Credit Card via iBanking by following the below steps:

   • Step 1: Select “Activate Debit or ATM Cards”, which can be found under the “Cards” tab of the top navigation.
   • Step 2: Fill in the necessary details, accept the Terms and Conditions, verify your details before clicking “Submit” to confirm your activation.

2. Can I use my Debit Card immediately after activation?

   Yes, you can use your Debit Card immediately. For new Card or replacement with new Debit Card number, a PIN will be mailed to you for your ATM and PIN-based transactions (including NETS transactions).

3. Is the service free?

   Yes.
