Delivery and self-collection are available until 25 September 2026.

The standard delivery time is between 10:00 and 18:00, charged at S$40 per location.

Estimated delivery times are to be used only as a guide commencing from the date of dispatch. The Capitol Kempinski Hotel Singapore is not responsible for any delays caused by unforeseen circumstances such as extreme weather conditions or unforeseen traffic conditions.

Requests for a specific delivery time are not available.

Delivered and collected mooncakes are non-refundable nor exchangeable.

Cancelled orders are non-refundable.
