Promotion is only valid for bookings paid with Singapore-issued DBS/POSB Credit or Debit Cards only. For avoidance of doubt, promotion is not valid for other payment method, including mobile payments (e.g. Apple Pay, Samsung Pay etc.).

In case of booking cancellations, the promo code used for the booking will automatically be credited back to the user’s account and made available again for use during the promotion period it was issued in. The user may not be guaranteed to use the promo code again if the quota has been used up at the time he/she books the product again.

Promo codes used to make flight or hotel bookings which are then modified by customer service hotline will be considered null and void. In such an event, customers will not be credited back with the promo code and will not be entitled to any new promo code.
