When will the promotion resume after it is ‘fully redeemed’?

For Giant, redemption quantity will be refreshed weekly on Saturdays at 00:00 for all 24-hour outlets and at the opening time all other outlets, while stock last. For information on various store’s opening time, visit  Store Locator | Giant Singapore.

For Sheng Siong, redemption quantity will be refreshed monthly.

-When the redemption quantity is fully redeemed for the month of July, it will be refreshed on the first Saturday of August (i.e. 1 Aug) at 02:00 for all 24-hours outlets and at the opening time for all other outlets and end on the same day at 23:59 or while stocks last. -Once redemption allocation for the month of August has been fully redeemed, there will be no restock for the remainder of the month.

Is this S$3 discount instant discount or credited back to customer’s card account after some time?

For Giant, S$3 discount will be applied on-site by the cashier.

For Sheng Siong, S$3 discount will be applied on-site by the cashier or Sheng Siong staff assisting at the self-checkout kiosks.

How do I know if redemptions are still available?

Before making payment, please check with the cashier or store staff (for self-checkout kiosks) on the availability of remaining redemptions. You may also look out for in-store promotional materials (POSMs) displaying a "Fully Redeemed" sticker, which indicates that the redemption allocation has been exhausted.
