Avoid card clash
Always take your desired DBS/POSB Card out of your wallet when you tap on the fare reader. Tapping a wallet containing multiple payment cards may result in card clash and multiple charges may be incurred.

For mobile wallet users, remember to tap in and out with the same payment device so as to prevent the system from considering the entry and exit as two separate transactions.
