<li> The Operator shall provide a 30-days warranty on all new parts subject to the Operator's terms and conditions ( the "Warranty") unless otherwise stated in the Operator's terms and condition for services. The Warranty does not cover existing service package parts such as (oil filters, air filters, etc).</li>
<li> The Warranty include parts replacement if there is a defect in the parts or provide a refund if a replacement is not available, and this remedy is at the sole discretion of the Operator.</li>
<li> The Operator shall not be liable to the DBS' customers for any defects during the Warranty period, if:
 <br> (i)The vehicle was engaged in racing, pace-making, reliability trial, speed testing, or drawing any trailer.
 <br>(ii)The defect is not inherent when the part is supplied.
 <br>(iii)The vehicle was being driven by a person who does not have a licence to drive such a vehicle; and
 <br>(iv)The defect or damage was due to fair wear and tear.</li>

<li>DBS and its Workshop Partners (“Merchant”) reserves the right to vary these terms and conditions or withdraw or discontinue the privileges at any time without notice.</li>
<li>Payment must be made with a DBS/POSB Credit or Debit Card.</li>

<li>The Merchant’s warranty is one year (unless otherwise indicated) from the date-of-installation against product defects (microSD card warranty excluded).</li>
<li>The Merchant’s stock is subject to availability or while stocks last.</li>
<li>The Merchant’s prices indicated herein are inclusive of prevailing GST charges.</li>
<li>The Merchant’s payment term are by cash or Debit/Credit Card upon installation or delivery.</li>
