Vaccinations are simple yet effective way to protect your child from vaccine-preventable diseases. Some of these diseases can be very serious, requiring hospitalisation or even resulting in death.

Childhood developmental screening helps to identify if your child has a delay in their growth, initiate early interventions that reduces the chances that your child may fall behind because of a developmental delay.

<strong> What are the Government’s Subsidies for Nationally Recommended Vaccination?</strong>
To improve the affordability and accessibility of these services, the Government is providing subsidies for nationally recommended vaccinations and Childhood developmental screening (CDS). *Eligible Singaporean Children get to enjoy full subsidies for these services under the ^National Childhood Immunisation Schedule (NCIS) and #Childhood Developmental Screening (CDS).

Singaporean Children from birth to age 17 years who meet the criteria for the following services under the ^National Children Immunisation Schedule (NCIS) and #Childhood Developmental Screening (CDS):

<li> By redeeming the voucher, you are deemed to have consented to Alliance Healthcare PL or/and its panel clinics verifying your identification details, CHAS status and claiming the relevant subsidies from the Government for the vaccine given. </li>
<li> When enjoying subsidies under the scheme, your child’s personal data may be collected and shared with the Ministry of Health (MOH) and its authorised parties (which include polyclinics, their affiliates including but not limited to hospitals, clinics, institutions, healthcare practitioners and other related entities, and other parties appointed by MOH) to (i) process, verify and audit the subsidy claims; (ii) contact you, if necessary, to verify claims/visits details; and (iii) review and improve the scheme. However, if you wish to withdraw your consent to the sharing and use of your child’s personal data, please inform the clinic staff. By doing so, your child can still be treated at the clinic, but he/she will not be eligible for the subsidies and you are required to pay for the full price of the service at the clinic. </li>
<li> The voucher is valid while stock lasts and must be redeemed within 3 months from the purchase date. </li>
</li> The voucher is limited to one-time redemption per service. Multiple vouchers may be used to redeem for more than one service. </li>
